The Charities We Support And The Discounts We Provide

We want to give back to our customers as well as the organisations that serve and support them.

We partner with The Alzheimer’s Society and SSAFA, and we provide discounts to ex-military personnel and others over the age of 60, in order to help those in need.

We are completely committed to providing our clients with a service that is both affordable and useful. As a result, we aspire to have the lowest rates possible, as well as a price match guarantee.

Alzheimer’s Society

Dementia devastates lives. Alzheimer’s Society research shows that 900,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia. By 2025, 1 million people will be living with the condition in the UK, and many millions more carers, partners, families and friends will be affected.

Our Directors have been personally affected by dementia and we also know many of our customers are also affected by the disease. We recognise the importance in raising awareness of this disease and since 2019 we have supported the charity by offering ‘dementia friend’ awareness sessions for our colleague and since 2019 we have raised £1,900 in donations. Alzheimer’s Society offers friendly support through a range of virtual and in-person services, including a Dementia Connect support line (0333 150 3456), their online forum Talking Point, and Dementia Advisers.

Military Veterans Discount

The military has always been an integral part of our lives, and we are grateful for the opportunity to assist those who have served our country. We provide a discount to service veterans because we have seen the enormous benefits that our high-quality bespoke mobility bathrooms bring.

When inquiring about our services, please mention that you are a military veteran, and we will gladly provide you with additional information.

SSAFA

In 2001 the Armed Forces Charity SSAFA approached us to rescue a sub-standard wetroom, installed by a local fitter. Since then, we have been working with them to provide mobility enhanced bathrooms, walk-in baths and wet rooms to military veterans across the UK. As a family-run company with a military history and some current serving members, the SSAFA charity is close to our hearts and its patrons will always be supported with admiration.

Over 60’s Discount

Customers over the age of 60 receive discounts on many of our goods and installations. We understand the importance of looking after your loved one’s well-being and restoring democracy because we have elderly families of our own.

When we work on your house, we treat you as if you were one of our own, and we keep you up to date on the progress of the project. We make every effort to improve bathing and make it more accessible to all.
