Helping Support Those In Need
We want to give back to our customers as well as the organisations that serve and support them.
We partner with The Alzheimer’s Society and SSAFA, and we provide discounts to ex-military personnel and others over the age of 60, in order to help those in need.
We are completely committed to providing our clients with a service that is both affordable and useful. As a result, we aspire to have the lowest rates possible, as well as a price match guarantee.
Dementia devastates lives. Alzheimer’s Society research shows that 900,000 people in the UK have some form of dementia. By 2025, 1 million people will be living with the condition in the UK. This means that many millions more carers, partners, families and friends will be affected.
Our Directors have been personally affected by dementia, and we know many of our customers are also affected by the disease. We recognise the importance in raising awareness of this, and since 2019 we have supported the charity by offering ‘dementia friend’ awareness sessions for our colleagues. As well as that, since 2019 we have raised £1,900 in donations. Alzheimer’s Society offers friendly support through a range of virtual and in-person services. These services include a Dementia Connect support line (0333 150 3456), their online forum Talking Point, and Dementia Advisers.
The military has been a huge part of our family, and we are proud to support the men and women who have served our country. We offer military veterans a discount because we have seen the huge benefits our high quality, bespoke mobility bathrooms bring.

In 2001, the Armed Forces Charity SSAFA approached us to rescue a sub-standard wet room that was installed by a local fitter. Since then, we have been working with them to provide mobility enhanced bathrooms, walk-in baths and wet rooms to military veterans across the UK. As a family-run company with a military history and some current serving members, the SSAFA charity is close to our hearts. Its patrons will always be supported with admiration.
